Shipping
- After payment is verified, it may take up to 24 to 48 hours to process and ship the order (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders will be shipped to the address you provide during the order process. Delivery dates quoted on site are estimates only and your product may take more or less time. Overseas orders are subject to inspection by the relevant customs authorities and we are not liable for any of the related costs and/or delays that may occur.
Delivery
- Free delivery for orders over $1000.
- Free delivery will include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- A delivery fee of $100 shall be applied to any order not meeting the minimum order quantity.
- Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please include in the note before checkout to specify any special arrangement.
- Generally, orders could be delivered within 2 business days after received .
- An additional charge of $ 100 will be applied on rush order.

Return
- We do not accept returns, if a bottle or can arrives damaged or have quality issues we can send you a replacement or substitute.
Refunds
- The product is non-refundable and cannot be used for resale or other commercial purposes.
